At Hotel Victoria everyone is very attentive, they want to make sure that your stay is enjoyable. The receptionist was very nice when doing the check in and she made sure we had everything we needed at our room. Rooms are Clean and really comfortable. The buffet for breakfast has a variety of food for everyone to enjoy and everyone at the kitchen is attentive.

We made a last minute reservation here for a long weekend stay here at the Lagos Inn and were extremely satisfied. The front desk staff were always on point and courteous. The site has an agent on duty at all hours. If you have a vehicle, it's important to know that the parking lot is secured and manned 24/7. It is very small, but they make it work for all guests who need it. We were coming in and out at random times of night due to events and were always promptly helped. Another important aspect is how safe it is. The doors are always open but you can only access the elevator and operate it with your room key. It will not work without it, to ensure non-guests don't infiltrate the establishment. We were assigned a room facing outward with a gorgeous view of the church and partial town center, which is lively until the later hours of the evening. We were traveling with my parents who arrived before us and got assigned a room with no view unfortunately, but the room still had the same accomodations as ours otherwise. The bed. Was rock hard. My husband and I are bougie sleepers who use Tempurpedics and Sleep Numbers and initially joked about sleeping better on the floor. Yet somehow... Each and every night, we got amazing sleep and had no trouble falling asleep. We're baffled as to how, but it happened. Sound travels amply through the doors and walls so, be mindful. Breakfast hours are ample, from 8am to noon, and have options for complimentary buffet style or a la carte at an extra charge. The food was always delicious, the wait staff attentive, and the cafe de olla was incredible (coming from a non-coffee drinker). They only serve breakfast at the restaurant. The location is perfect. Adjacent to the lively city center and short walking distance from the markets and shops. The city is alive well into the evening, with the bustle not dying down until around 10pm any given day. Restaurants are open late and on weekends street vendors are out late too. Overall, we enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Lagos Inn and would go there again in a heartbeat. We felt welcomed, safe, and comfortable.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel a week ago and returned a week later. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the location in the Center is excellent. I have had breakfast several times at the hotel and it is delicious.

Stayed here on a business trip. The vibe of the hotel was very nice. I really liked the breakfast and the surrounding city as it was very nice to look at/walk around. The beds and pillows are kind of hard though. They are very firm to sleep on. If you’re not used to that, maybe consider bringing your own pillow. Other than that the hotel was awesome. Every night I came back to my room, it was clean and organized!

We booked these rooms based on another review that said they had secure parking. As we were coming from Canada, we had two vehicles with one being a truck with a golf cart on the back. We quickly realized that the hotel was in the heart of the city and it also happened to be Halloween night. So very busy!! Upon arrival at the hotel we discovered that the truck would not fit in the parkade! The staff went out of their way to help us. They parked the truck at another facility for us and brought it back safe and sound early the next morning!! Thank you to all who jumped through hoops to help us!! It was very much appreciated!!

Very nice and quiet it, personal so professional and very helpful, always ready to help and exceed our needs, love the breakfast.

This was an Ok stay, very well located as it is directly in the middle of the city. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly, but not everyone speaks english. Rooms are big, but a bit sad, needs and update.

Excellent service by the professional staff, from front desk, restaurant, and cleaning personnel. The breakfast is superb and the rooms top-notch ... super clean, well situated, extremely comfortable and quiet.
